Use of the site
You may use NestLedger for personal, non-commercial information purposes. You may not scrape, mass-download, or systematically copy our pages or data without prior written permission. The underlying data is sourced from publicly available government datasets — see the About page — and you are free to obtain that data directly from those sources.
Information accuracy
We work hard to make the data accurate and current. However, the figures shown are medians and historical averages from third-party government sources, and they will not match every individual property or current market conditions. NestLedger is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind.
Not financial advice
NestLedger provides general information and statistical estimates only. The content on this site is not financial product advice, not legal advice, and not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Affordability, cost-of-living, and rent calculations are derived from public government datasets and rule-of-thumb formulas (for example, the 30% rent-to-income guideline); they do not account for your individual circumstances, goals, or financial situation.
